Replacing Proton

Why

Recent news around Proton and their CEO has me rethinking my long-term investment there. My account is back up for renewal, so now is the time to switch.

Replacements

ProtonVPN -> IVPN

IVPN looks solid and doesn't support right wing supremecist parties, unlike Mullvad.

Proton Pass -> Bitwarden

Easy to switch this back over - I used to use Bitwarden before consolidating to the Proton suite.

Proton Drive -> iCloud Drive

This isn't the best privacy option, but I already use it so I'm just consolidating. I might look ad filen.io in the future however!

ProtonMail -> ???

This is the most complex one - I have a ton of accounts pointing at my Proton email. I think the first step is going to be to move to a custom domain I'm setting up, then to start moving my accounts to the new email. I'm looking at Internxt, Astermail, or Tuta mail, but haven't fully decided yet.
